Self-serve billing, customizable skills, and agentic sourcing V2

This release adds self-serve plans with usage-based billing, customizable agent skills, a rebuilt sourcing agent, and calendar-aware scheduling.

Self-serve plans and usage-based billing

Needle now has self-serve plans you pick in-app, each with a 14-day trial and usage-based pricing - you pay for the work the agents do, not per seat. Monthly and yearly options are both available, and existing customers' pricing is unchanged. Manage everything from a plan picker in Settings, where you can also download your invoices and update your payment details.

Customizable skills

You can now customize the agent's skills to match how your team hires. Each skill has a locked core with editable controls, so you can teach Needle your own playbooks without breaking it, and a badge shows which skill is driving any given run.

Agentic sourcing V2

Needle's sourcing agent was rebuilt on a skills-based agent SDK that scores every candidate against your criteria before adding them - and it now runs up to 32 searches in parallel (up from 4), so large runs finish much faster. A search from the homepage flows straight into a sourcing run right after onboarding.

Agent-led scheduling

Ask Needle to schedule an interview and it reads the interviewer's calendar through your own connection, finds open slots, and updates the existing meeting instead of double-booking. Outlook is now supported end to end, including reply threading and timezone-correct invites.

Smaller improvements

• Move a candidate across pipelines from chat, in Slack or the web app.
• The agent can now edit existing candidate notes, not just add them.
• Email replies stay in the original thread, and rejection emails are signed with the sender's signature.
• Attach files directly in web chat, and Needle auto-imports attachments from applicant emails.
• Custom filters across candidates, jobs, outreach templates, and pipelines.
• Career pages are now found in any language.
