Outreach progress tracking, teammate mentions, and confirmation emails

This release adds outreach progress tracking per job, teammate @-mentions, automated applicant confirmation emails, and more reliable CV handling in Slack.

Outreach progress tracking

After launching LinkedIn and email outreach automation, you can now run multiple sequences per job, see progress by stage, and check response rates.

Teammate mentions

Tag colleagues directly in Needle, not just @Needle. They get notified the same way - we can't promise they'll reply as fast as the agent.

Applicant confirmation emails

Turn on and edit a confirmation email that sends automatically when someone applies, all configurable in Settings.

CV handling in Slack

The agent reads files in Slack more reliably, so it's easier to create and link candidates from a CV someone drops in a channel.

CC and email aliases

Better handling of CCs and alternate inbox aliases when Needle sends email on your behalf.
