This release rebuilds Needle around a skills-based agent architecture and adds Slack Work Objects, agent memory, guided onboarding, and a command-line tool.

Needle 2.0

We rebuilt Needle's core from the ground up around a skills-based agent architecture. Everything the agent does - sourcing, screening, onboarding - is now modular and extensible.

Slack Work Objects

Candidate profiles now unfurl as rich, interactive cards directly in Slack. Edit fields, change pipeline stages, and review candidates without leaving your conversation.

Agent memory

The agent now remembers context across sessions. No more re-explaining what you're looking for.

Guided onboarding

A new agent-driven onboarding experience that researches your company, walks you through setup, and auto-advances steps as you connect integrations.

Needle CLI

A command-line tool for managing jobs, candidates, and pipelines - including interview prep commands.
