This release adds Agent Activity for autonomous pipeline updates, an Agent Log that records what the agent did and why, scheduled emails, and funding-stage sourcing.

Agent Activity

Needle catches mismatches between your emails, meetings, and calendar and the current state of your pipeline, then moves candidates and updates fields on its own. If it's unsure, it suggests the change for you to review.

A clear record of what the agent did and why - every automatic stage change and field update, traceable back to the context behind it.

Scheduled emails

Write a rejection or follow-up now and have it send later, so a day or two can pass before it goes out without you having to remember to hit send.

Funding-stage sourcing

Needle now factors company funding stage into sourcing and can suggest candidates based on the kind of startup they've worked at before.
